Conditions for access and use of the Intranet

The MANGO Intranet is for the specific and exclusive use of MANGO employees and persons who have been granted specific access to it by MANGO. The aim of the Intranet is to share, utilise and take advantage of various resources, programmes and services assigned to the network within an internal and strictly work-related environment. Access to the MANGO Intranet is granted solely to MANGO employees while they maintain said status, the aforementioned authorisation being revoked with immediate effect once they leave or are dismissed from the company. Access to and use of the Intranet on the part of persons authorised by MANGO is limited to the requirements derived from the duties to be carried out and the services they are required to provide to the company. Access to and use of the Intranet is subject to the warnings and conditions established below and to the corresponding obligations, duties and commitments accepted by said employees and authorised persons, in accordance with MANGO.


Intellectual property and copyright

The entire content of the information that appears on the MANGO Intranet is subject to the intellectual property rights and copyright of the company PUNTO FA S.L (UNIPERSONAL). The content, form, design and names of programmes, webpages, products, trademarks, commercial names, logos and graphic material, including the copyright, belong to, or their use has been authorised by PUNTO FA S.L (UNIPERSONAL). Under no circumstances shall access to the MANGO Intranet imply the waiver, transmission, subrogation or licensing of the aforementioned rights on the part of its owners or, wherever applicable, potential licensors.


Personal Data

Users of the MANGO Intranet are specifically obliged to maintain professional secrecy and confidentiality with regard to personal data to which they have access via the MANGO Intranet, data which cannot be the object of treatment, communication or transfer. Users must maintain the identification codes for accessing the MANGO Intranet in strict secrecy and must take all necessary steps to prevent access to unauthorised third parties. Users of the MANGO Intranet must comply with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, for the protection of personal data and any legislation that complements or replaces it in force at any given time.


Responsibility

The contents of all programmes, applications and/or utilities of the MANGO Intranet have been designed in such a way that users may access up to date information. Notwithstanding the above, MANGO does not accept responsibility with regard to the total availability, use, security or infallibility of the system or its contents, or the decisions that users may adopt with regard to these. 


Confidentiality

The entire content of the information that is accessible and displayed to MANGO employees (manuals, legislation, databases, structures, organisation, techniques, processes, activities, services), and any data that may appear on the Intranet under any representation in any circumstances must be kept confidential. Any conduct that infringes the secrecy and strict discretion with regard to the information accessible via the MANGO Intranet shall constitute a breach of the present obligation on the part of the MANGO employee or authorised person and the resulting adoption of measures on the part of MANGO to remedy said breach and penalise said illegal conduct
